Designed to reflect the firm’s dynamic global culture, this four-story office replaces the conventional legal workplace with an open, collaborative environment enriched by natural light, bold graphics, and location-inspired design elements. The project’s success supported the firm’s rapid growth and subsequent expansion into additional campus buildings.
This project transformed a four-story office space for a global immigration law firm relocating to Richardson, Texas. Located within a former Verizon campus, the client sought a workplace that would break from the traditional law office model and better reflect its dynamic, people-focused culture.
The design reimagined the typical office layout by placing private offices in the building core and positioning open workstations along the glass perimeter, maximizing natural light and views of the tree-lined campus. To further showcase the firm’s global presence, each department incorporates vibrant colors, custom graphics, and city-inspired design elements representing locations where the firm operates.
The result is a bright, energetic, and highly distinctive workplace that blends biophilic design, innovative space planning, and immersive branding to create an engaging environment that sets the firm apart from traditional legal offices.
The success of the relocation and the firm’s continued growth ultimately led to further expansion within the campus. As headcount and operational needs increased, the company broadened its presence by leasing two additional large floors in an adjacent building, creating room for future growth while maintaining connectivity to its established workplace environment.
